in my haste to write about sadder stuff ie. blocks and its results, i realised i have forgotten to write about stuff that is so much happier.
on wed, we had another TEAM OUTING. and once again, we had FULL attendance. YEAH MAN. we totally rock. after training (which ended before 12!) we headed to ps for lunch at pastamania (ok not so amazing) after which we went to the adidas shop at cathay to look for the team bag. the choice was between two bags with the bag we have now easily winning the most votes. HAHA. so we bought this really nice bag (the only grouse is that the handle thingy is too small) as our team bag. =) the store at cathay only had four bags, so we had to go to heeren and suntec to get the rest. so that was a day of plenty of bus rides and money. alright no link.
the adidas at cathay had this table soccer game. SO FUN. ahahah. apparently some team member shows remarkable ability to shoot the ball in unfailingly, of which i was unable to defend against for a consecutive number of times. since we were playing a knock out game, they managed to keep playing. talent man! HAHA.
(i am utterly amazed by how task oriented some teammates can be. we got the bag in heeren and immediately left. wow. if it were up to me, i'll probably walk around, shop a little before going off.)
anyways at suntec we hung around a little after buying the bags to shop for cute accessories and keychains to hang on our bag to differentiate. i feel we wreck havoc on any shop we step into. having walked around for a loong time to no avail, we finally chanced upon a shop (which i never knew existed, i think it's new) where they sold really cute bear hp straps. there were stuff that looked like mario, astroboy and even homer!
so kewl.
